Passover Recipe #1: Matzah Pizza

Ok, you've been asking and I know it's high time for my Ten Most Favorite Passover Recipes.
Today, I will feature one of the easiest, but also one of the most-treasured: "Matzah Pizza."

Here's how I do it:
Place a whole matzah (or more, any flavor) on a baking sheet covered in aluminum foil.
Spread about 2 tbsp. tomato or pasta sauce on matzah.
Cover with your favorite cheese (mine's Cabot cheddar - it's kosher too!).
Add your favorite toppings.
Bake for about 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven (just until cheese is nice and bubbly, but don't burn the matzah).
Keep checking back for more Passover recipes. Remember, if you have not yet done so, to go here and get your FREE 36-page Passover resource. Check here for Publix matzah deals to get make your Passover even more frugal! Check out Biblical Womanhood for even more frugal ideas!

Hi,
Thank you for stopping by my blog and the nice comment. Yes, its really crazy today....just taking a moment for a bit of rest...wanting to make sure all of my cleaning is done today.... purging a ton of stuff, wow, how can we accumulate so much LOL?
We make pizzas also, have you ever tried without the pizza sauce? I love mine brushed with olive oil and all of the other stuff on top of it, one of my most favorite toppings is Sun dried tomatoes in Olive oil from Costco, yummy.
It's so nice to find other like minded friends:)
Have a wonderful day.

Hi Jenny!

Your Matza pizza looks yummy! And so does your challah recipe below.... mm-mmm! I've never made challah before but after seeing Tammy's (tammysrecipes.com) and yours, I think I am going to give it a try! :)

Glad you got some ideas from MSM on your wedding dress - and glad to hear that you may make a quilt or something with it! I, too, am sentimental, so if I couldn't keep the dress, I think I would choose that option. Keep us posted, or pictures would be even better! :)

Oh my. That looks so yummy. I can't wait to try that! I miss shopping at Publix (we moved and our new town doesn't have one...)Can I add a link to your site to my blog? I've been doing a unit study on Passover and this would be great to share. If you don't mind.
